Chitwan Forest Resort

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days in our motorcycle trip to west Nepal. Rooms are neat and clean and staffs are professional too. Amenities are decent. The atmosphere of the hotel is great and we'd highly recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent for nature lovers. The photographs are very accurate for both the interior and exterior areas. The resort is only a short walk into town or a slightly longer walk to the elephant breeding centre. We even enjoyed sitting on our bed photographing birds outside our room (208). Every morning about 30-40 hornbills would fly into the tree outside reception. Quite a spectacle. Reading previous reviews we almost cancelled our booking but are very glad we did not. The "rules" are very sensible. No non presctibed drugs on the premises, you MUST wearing a bathing costume in the pool (reception can provide one if necessary) etc. The owner was on site every day and very chatty. Oh and the food. Fabulous food with very generous portions. Thank you to Safal Giri who looked after us so well keeping us fed and watered all day. 🥰.

We are really disappointed with Chitwan Reverside Resort. Nothing was special. We had requested to Hotel for our Paid Bill but Hotel disagreed why we didn't know. Boss, Manager and all the staffs were rude, They had misbehaved. During our Breakfast time, They made us Loud sound of Motorbike. It was extremely disrespect and Hotel Boss talked to us........ So.... On..... Bla..... Bla..... It was 99% empty Rooms but we got only 1 Bed for Twice. ..... Honestly, So sorry to say, it was an extremely worst experience. We were from Nepal and Germany.
