Samsara Resort

22nd November we booked for 2 days since the rooms were pleasant in the pictures but the moment we entered the room was unsatisfactory. The staffs they judged by the looks and the simpliest facility (dental kit) was not even provided. We were asked to pay for the towel since my partner cleaned her lipstick with the face towel which was not the big deal but the way they asked us was very rude which completely ruined our mood during the check out. We wanted to speak with the manager but he wasnot available according to the staffs, they wanted us to leave not make a scene or not talk to the manager since they gonna get scolded according to the receptionist lady. We moved to a different hotel and this review im giving it from the another hotel. I think the staffs need serious training on how to handle the customer complaints and criticisms.

Frist time we visiting Kathmandu,Nepal We decided hotel booking Samsara in thamel,Very Nice hotel and very clean, Breakfast also very good Staff are very polite all things are excellent,,,I recommend visiting this hotel hope you guys enjoyed 😉

Very Good place i just love their infrastructure and Their hospitality. Staff behaviour is so polite . And these two people are so supportive and familiar For tourists. ( ANIL BHATTA , REJINA MAHAT) ♥️ ♥️Food is toogood nd properly served ♥️
