Tibet Guest House

This is my fourth time to the Tibet Guest House— with my first trip in in 1991. I have always been impressed with the quality of the staff, and their willingness to help out with all of the logistics associated with preparing for a trek (particularly storing luggage at no additional cost). I cannot say enough good things about this place!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION is superb in Thamel, just off the Main Street and yet quiet and peaceful. Stayed here for 3 nights out of season, in December so the hotel was a little quieter which selflessly I enjoyed. The staff are fantastic and always available to help you out with anything you need/want.

The rooms were comfortable, thd breakfast was very good. Great placed for the price. Very well located to access the different tourist sites. The employees were very friendly and very attentive. They were always willing to help and if one asked for something they went out if their way to provide any assistance.
