Plaza Resort Bonaire

The best all inclusive resort I've ever stayed at! I'd already heard good stories and there was nothing to lie about it. The food is delicious, the pool is delicious, the sea is beautiful, the staff friendly, the resort looks beautiful and the rooms are excellent! Unbelievably enjoyed it. The resort also offers many all inclusive activities. For example, we painted driftwood, we did a snorkel and kayak tour to te amo beach and we followed an e-foil clinic (normally costs $200 pp) and that was all included in all inclusive. I sincerely have no negatives about this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone to enjoy and relax here!

Be Warned! I paid original invoice during online booking. At the front desk, on check in, I was told additional money was required. I paid. This was probably a mistake. Overall, the stay was good. Staff was polite, but curt. Food was ok. Diving was ok. On check out, we were charged yet again. Then, we were told that more money was required and we were charged YET AGAIN. Two weeks after checking out, hotel attempted to bill our credit card for additional money AGAIN. Now, I am receiving emails saying money was never paid in the first place. I would suggest either paying in cash, or using a virtual card. All this is extremely fishy-- I'm not sure if these stem from poor office practices, or a bad-actor. Be warned.

Hotel is a yard. With bulldozers and poolside cranes from 8am to 6am, you're in the middle of the noise and dust. Dirty rooms with mold on the curtains. Very poor hospitality and unfriendly at the reception.
