Scandic Sanadome

For once worthwhile, is a bit dated, some things do need replacing. The service and planning of the restaurant with the delivery of orders can still be improved, the service remains friendly under the circumstances, the restaurant is a big minus. I don't think it's recommended.

"Okay" spa, some wear and tear here and there. Some areas were worse than others, they close the outside pool +-60 to 30 minutes prior the closure time which is a shame, when its warm its a good place to cool down a bit. Rooms are extremely outdated, with even a broken tile. Could be a potential brilliant place if they invest in refurbished.

Upon entering we thought what fun it looks like here! First to the hotel room which looked good and then to the sauna. (the footbaths were dirty but the rest was fine.) Dinner after this. There were too few staff working in restaurant Flow, it was a very hot day but due to staff shortages we could not dine outside. Inside it was really too hot and that was really not pleasant food. The food was good. (the sandwich the next day in the afternoon was not that much) The technical service was not present in the evening when I was sitting in a massage chair whose leather was broken at the legs (which I did not see when I sat down but felt it burning well in my leg after a while). In the morning we wanted to have a cup of coffee in the room but unfortunately this was not quite possible because the coffee machine was broken. After a call to the reception, the answer was that there is no technical service at that time and that we can get a cup of coffee downstairs. The breakfast buffet was not replenished on time so our breakfast was very mediocre. We had been looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend away and also to celebrate a birthday together. Such a shame..... was really a setback....
