Mercure Maastricht Aachen Airport

Hotel located next to Maastricht aiport with a big restaurant - the only option in case you have to wait before or after flight.

Very helpful and understanding staff for someone walking on crutches. Furthermore, spacious, modern and neat rooms. Furnished with high box spring, good mattress, large flat screen and spacious shower cubicle. Glass in the windows is very soundproof. Wide choice for breakfast, fresh produce.

Nice hotel. Very clean and nice staff. Rooms not large but well and efficiently furnished. Prima douche. Separate decor. Check-in via a terminal but someone is always present to assist. Had a room overlooking the runway, but Maastricht/ Aachen airport is not what it used to be. About 5 aircraft arrived on a day of which 2 were cargo aircraft. Fortunately, teletext could be used to look up what time planes took off and landed. A limited range of drinks/coffee can be obtained in the lobby. La Place has a branch where a fine breakfast is also eaten. Good quality and very helpful and friendly staff.
