Stay for 1 night. Poor hygiene mold in the shower. ‘ at night when returning home lighting in room did not work and the extraction system of toilet. ‘ in the morning no hot water to shower. Stains all over carpet. Dangerous electricity. No owner reachable for complaints stays abroad on business. Asked three times to contact us about all the above matters but sir does not comply. But the cost for the room is €155. More than Outrageous. Never stay here.

I’d like to start by pointing out that one of the two people at the reception was genuinely friendly and helped lift the experience slightly. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay left a lot to be desired: the toilet smelled bad, the stairs were narrow and steep with no elevator, and the cleaning was poor. My room was neither cleaned nor given fresh sheets during my entire stay. Luckily, I was traveling alone – if I’d brought my partner, she probably would have dumped me. I do want to highlight that the location was a positive aspect – close to the tram and not far from the city center. That said, the overall experience was so poor that I simply can’t give more than one star. Just to be clear – I’m not someone who’s usually picky about hotels.

Terrible smell from the bathroom and obviously they don’t care doing anything about it. Also very noisy between the rooms and out to the corridor. However, it’s located in a charming area, but if you care about the quality of your accommodation during your stay in Amsterdam, you shouldn’t book this hotel.
