I stayed at Hotel Pagi from April 11 to 13 and forgot my glasses there. The glasses were recovered and I paid the requested amount of €25 on April 16 to have them sent. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my glasses to date. I have contacted several times and asked for an update. It was indicated that the payment had been received and that the glasses would be sent, but no further follow-up was forthcoming. I also did not receive a track & trace code. I find this very disappointing, especially as it is a personal and important property. Clearer communication and faster follow-up would certainly have been appropriate here. Hopefully this will still be resolved correctly.

Rated two only for the price and location (5 minutes walk from Dam Square). The rooms are horrific (those in the photos I don't know where they are, definitely not here) and dirty. I think there are more spacious RV bathrooms than I found. Absent furniture. That's bad.

Location spot on for sight seeing and exploring Amsterdam. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but never intended to be using for anything other than to sleep and change. Beds were comfy. Noisy outside till around midnight then all goes quiet. Shower gel provided and rooms can be cleaned every day if requested. Luggage room to store your bags on your check out which alloqed us to have a great last day. I would recomend this hotel if looking for a value for money, central location to explore Amsterdam.
