We booked this hotel during our holiday in Amsterdam. We had stayed total 11 nights here.
The hotel location is Sloterdjik Station, 1 stop from Amsterdam Central. There are frequent trains between these 2 stations.
Upon arrive Sloterdjik Station, exist station main entrance, turn left, you will see Mercure signage.
Walk towards that direction & the hotel is 2 doors away from Mercure.
When i first walked in to the hotel lobby, it gave a homely feel & clean environment.
Staff are friendly & attentive.
It is a furnished apartment with fully equipped kitchen. We had the 2 rooms apartment that was bright & spacious.
There is self service fresh towel, toilet rolls on 1st floor & self service rubbish disposal room.
Self service laundry & dryer are available.
If i were to be critical, there are 2 things i would like to highlight.
#1 bathroom - there is no shower curtain or divider between shower area & the rest of bathroom. We had to shower at the corner to minimize no overflow water to the outside of shower area.
#2 bedroom - the beds were too soft to our liking.
Other than the 2 points - the rest were excellent.
We had enjoyed our apartment trememdously.
p/s: it is easier to take train directly from Sloterdjik Station to Airport (~10 mins), to Rotterdam, Harem
