Perfect location and all you need in a room during a short stay. Highly functional check-in and -out procedures and Super friendly associates who went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

The room could be cleaner - even asked for room change I barely arrived, because what had been assigned to me had dirt in the toilet. The bed was comfortable and the fact that the toilet and shower were in the middle of the room did not bother me. For a person who goes alone, it's quite reasonable. However, everything is controlled by the tablet, which does not seem bad to me if it actually works as it should be. The temperature was a problem. The tablet continually processed the temperature change and at night it was cold in the room. I had to call the reception two nights to get the temperature raised. It took a while, which was uncomfortable. There is no option if turning off the AC is ridiculous and there should be a way to open windows, even if they were basculants The bed in the room is comfortable, it is good to have a TV to turn on chromecast and it is good to have a safe - it fits there at least a tablet and wallets / jewelry. The staff were mostly friendly. The hotel is close to the train and metro station. Zone seemed calm and calm. There's a garden nearby!

We are loyal users of citizenM hotels. Now I have to admit that some things are starting to look outdated. The iPad seems less responsive. Closing the curtains makes more noise than I could remember. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very tasty. The surroundings were also pleasant. It is a modern district of Amsterdam. The cleanliness in the room is the biggest difference with my other citizenM hotels. On the bed frame were dripping stains of cola (I suspect).
