Place was spotless, the staff were so helpful and friendly , bed were super comfy. Great location

Before booking, it is good to know what are, for me, the pros and cons: 1) Pros: excellent location, 10 minutes from the station and 10 from Dam Square. 2) Clean room with daily towel change. 3) Offer of coffee/tea/water at any time of the day and night at the reception. 4) Quiet room. Cons: 1) The rooms that are on the site are completely different from the one they gave us. Essential room, without a closet to put clothes in, but a "handle" hanging on the wall with hangers. 3) Comfortable bed but poorly positioned, meaning it is accessible from only one side, as the other is attached to the window, and therefore, being a double bed, to get out you have to make the other person get up. 3) There is no hair dryer. 4) Too expensive for what it offers; it is true that it was during the World Pride period, but the cost is excessive for what it offers. 5) The staff is kind but very unempathetic (good morning and good evening and bye!!!). For my next vacation in Amsterdam, I will look for something else.

First the plus points, great location close to Centraal and city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. Downsides, the rooms are nothing like the images on the website, small no designer features and my room had curtains too short for the window which allowed light in from very early in the morning making it difficult to sleep past 5.30am. They are more like a budget/ hostel room. No idea where they got the breafast room picture from!
