Hotel Iris

We were looking for a hotel in the center of Amsterdam so we could move more independently and so we decided to book in this hotel, small and bad rooms, at night you could hear the trains since most of the rooms are located above the station tracks.Average breakfast, we will not return.

We paid 5 star price to sleep in a matchbox. The sink is ridiculous, sitting in the toilet you can't close the door because your legs touch the door. The walls are dirty and for the price we paid breakfast should have been included. There is no closet, just a sad hanger with two hangers. Honestly, I have felt cheated.

During May FY 20 I booked the hotel and paid for my visit. The hotel was closed due to COVID and I was informed to reschedule when they are open. I tried several times to use my booking for December 2022. No feedback nothing and no refund ## booking.com Confirmation number: 3246322494
