Only night check in, dirty hallways, not the best experience

A very nice hotel in the middle of the city. Friendly staff, clean nice room. Top hotel. Especially very helpful if you need help.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I stayed ONE NIGHT at Hotel Kap and it was a NIGHTMARE from start to finish. They gave me a key card FOR THE WRONG ROOM. Yes, you read that right. I was locked out ALL NIGHT. I spent hours outside the hotel, calling and calling — but guess what? There is NO RECEPTION at night and NO ONE picks up the phone. I even had OTHER TENANTS call on my behalf and they ignored EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US. This is not just bad service. This is a COMPLETE DISGRACE. When I finally managed to get someone the next day and asked for a basic compensation, they had the AUDACITY to be IRONIC, as if it was MY fault! Unbelievable arrogance and total lack of responsibility from both staff and management. This is the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in, run by people who clearly have no idea what professionalism or basic human decency is. If you value your time, your safety, and your sanity, do yourself a favor: STAY AWAY FROM HOTEL KAP. I will be posting this review on EVERY SINGLE REVIEW PLATFORM — Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, everywhere — because people NEED TO BE WARNED.
