Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam City Center

Great location. Excellent customer service. Would recommend. Easy access to all parts of the city.

Disappointing. Supposedly a 4 star hotel, however, it felt dark and grubby. The carpet in the hallways could benefit from a good clean. Our shower grout was mouldy and the bathroom backsplash was water damaged and old. There was a very strange smell in the lobby and hallways. We paid our tourism tax on arrival, however on departure we were advised they made a miscalculation and we needed to pay an extra 8 euros. The EFTPOS machine was also out, so we paid in cash, very convenient for the staff.

Great location on a park. Rooftop dining room is great with beautiful views of the city. Rooms are warm.
