The service was very bad the check-in was very bad eventually did get into the room because of the check-in nobody is sitting at the, reception the hallway does not smell fresh + the TV suddenly turned on in the middle of the night 3 times

The hotel was in a great location. Tram line 14 takes you directly to the city center in under 10 minutes, and the metro station is also just a short walk away. The area felt very local, which we really liked. The room was not completely soundproof, but it did not affect our sleep at all (we stayed on the first floor). The room was basically clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a good amount of space for two people. The only small downsides were that the pillows were a bit too fluffy for our taste, and the room was slightly warmer than usual. However, the cleaner had opened the window, which helped a lot. We also appreciated the blackout curtains, the easy check-in and check-out process, and of course the great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Horrible. Room infested with bedbugs, no reception so not seen the owner. At 4:30 in the morning when we realized that there were bugs we fled the room and ended up on the street. The hotel refuses to return our money (we went through booking) no gesture was made. Not to mention the non-existent soundproofing, we could hear the other rooms and what he was doing in their beds... new trauma unlocked. RUN AWAY!
