Quentin Hotel

Hello! Very good location, it fulfilled what was promised regarding the view of the canal (fantastic), the room could have been larger, like the photos, but the cleaning service and the breakfast, surprising for a small hotel in an old building, made up for it. The shower had no ledge, so everything got wet and for summer, not recommended since there is no air conditioning. For other seasons of the year, I recommend it. Thanks to the Front Desk staff, always friendly and willing to help and recommend.

A dizzying staircase that is too narrow for your foot and spiral-shaped. The window wouldn't close, and the wind kept opening it, making it almost impossible for us to sleep. There is no elevator. Climbing four floors and descending four floors, especially with luggage, was horrible! The hairdryer did not work. Little bugs in the sheets. When we arrived, they asked us for a 100 euro deposit in addition to the reservation, and they told us that we could not use the free coffee machine they had. The hotel is very old. Kindness is noticeably absent.
