Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room size /beds etc and hygiene are in order. For such an old building relatively little noise (nuisance). -/- Self check-in is not efficient. A long line for still t fill in form and receipt room ticket. There should certainly be a few bicycle parking spaces. Lunch was up at 1:10 p.m. Policy and implementation regarding diet is unclear. Response to mail takes a long time.

The hotel was fine, beds were good, only the signage to the hotel left something to be desired.

Super bad horror hotel. My parents were spending the night at this hotel in the middle of the night there was a strange confused man in their room just something you would hear in a movie but this was real! Next morning they were at the reception, they couldn't watch any CCTV footage. And a day later I had called and then they didn't have time to look at the camera footage and I had to wait 4 weeks until the manager is back from his vacation, were also poorly speaking Dutch. In addition, no apology from them received. We'll never come here again, won't advise anyone
