We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Leiden. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
What impressed us most was their outstanding customer service. After we returned home to the United States, the staff contacted us saying they found a pair of prescription sunglasses in our room. My husband had not realized he left them! The staff went out of their way to mail them back to us, which we truly appreciated.
The location is excellent—directly across the street from the train station, making our day trip to Amsterdam incredibly easy. It's also an easy and enjoyable walk to downtown Leiden, with its charming shops, restaurants, and canals.
We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!
