The hotel is very nice, the staff is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was great, everything needed for it was more than sufficiently available. Everything fresh, everything clean, and a great atmosphere.

Incredibly warm, Beds not made, and really unsustainable due to the heat. The response I got was that I should have chosen room with air conditioning and in doing so I should have contacted them by phone because we are also reachable in the evening. Very special. Called three times and only voicemail mail No one available. Also a lot of noise and poor handling of the complaint without going into detail now.

Parking was a bit of searching, in the neighborhood quickly full, further away always place. Friendly welcome, handling went quickly. We slept on the first floor, this was 2 flights of stairs and there was no elevator. The stairs were wide and handrails on both sides. Room was compact, enough space, quite clean, cleaning between overnight stays was less. Shower did not run well and floor became very wet, making it slippery. It was very hot in the room, no air conditioning, got a good fan. Window could be opened, but this blew shut all the time. You had to keep the curtains closed all the time, otherwise the residents across the street could see inside, a glass curtain would be nice. Breakfast was neatly catered for, simple but adequate choice. When checking out there were no staff and you could leave the key card in a box.
