WIFI in the room did not work. The phone worked poorly. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.

The beds were way too hard and some springs were sticking out of the mattress. The towels were dirty. Everything was not really clean and clearly outdated. Breakfast was cold and really didn't taste. Breakfast was not really accessible with walker. Unless you have 4 arms, because you have to walk up and down a hill with walker and tray. You're not offered help.
