Room: clean, sufficiently large, windows dirty, no toilet brush, shower gel, conditioner, body cream yes, shampoo no. Constant loud humming in the bathroom. Air conditioning was running, but no matter what setting—no cooling. Opening the window was not possible, as young men were talking loudly on the station forecourt until late at night. Parking garage: spacious, but it stinks because the yellow recycling waste is stored there. Bicycle parking spaces are sufficient, but there are no charging options. Not even for electric cars. Breakfast: no kitchen of their own, so everything is pre-made products. Only paper cups for latte macchiato. Fruit is checked every now and then, and if it is no longer quite okay, it goes straight into the bin in front of the guests. Everything is very sustainable! The breakfast room is too small during peak times, so you cannot find a seat. The fully automatic coffee machine did not look like it was cleaned regularly. Bar/beer garden: beautiful photos on the internet, unfortunately everything is closed and there is no mention of this on the homepage. That is quite brazen. Actually, we had chosen this hotel because of the beer garden. Location: only a few km from the city center and it is not far to the coast either. We were able to reach everything by bike and did not need our car. Alternatively, train or bus right outside the door. We would not book there again because of the inadequate air conditioning, the poor breakfast, and the lack of outdoor dining.

The service was very poor. The reception staff spoke only English. Room service was not available. There was only a fresh towel put down, that was it. Breakfast was bad. The rolls dry and old. Boiled eggs in a bowl, partly broken, so that the egg yolks stuck the remaining eggs, nobody cared about the staff, The dishes had to be cleaned off yourself. We have booked the hotel under different guidance several times. It wasn't that bad at the time and not that expensive!

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The hotel has a nice and quiet atmosphere, and it is easily accessible by bus and train. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. We were also pleasantly assisted by Shalysha upon arrival and during our stay. Negative: It is a pity that there are no longer coffee and tea facilities available in the room. Fortunately, these are available for free downstairs, which is a good alternative.
