World Bel Air Hotel The Hague

My experience in general was good at this hotel, highlighting the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and good service in the dining room for breakfast, all impeccably provided with variety, cleanliness, and constant replenishment of food, which was always full, and in this, the Marriott chain does stand out for its excellent variety and quality! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, creating a good stay with a good rest! I also highlight the generosity regarding the check-out time being at 12 pm, which is a good time. However, I was disconcerted by the lack of maintenance inside the rooms, as well as the bathrooms, which are very basic for this chain. Also, the hotel in general turns out to be a bit gloomy and sad; it would need a little more attention in the lobby to enhance the warmth and atmosphere inside, as this chain highlights, which for me is synonymous with luxury, so to speak! Very good location and parking at a reasonable price for 24 hours!

Super tasty and very nice together was really nice

I had booked an overnight stay through HotelSpecials in August. At HotelSpecials, a hack turned out to have stolen my data and I received a Whatsapp message from a shady organization on behalf of the hotel reception that I had to confirm my reservation. I wanted to inform the hotel of this and therefore called the hotel where I chose a Dutch speaking person. Three times I got on the phone with an English-speaking person who claimed that the reception was unmanned, and that during office hours. When I said I was not happy with this I was spoken to in a scandalous way. I don't expect that from a hotel like this. On the hotel site there is also no possibility to file a complaint. I have cancelled my reservation and am completely done with Marriott hotel Den Haag.
