Grand Canal Delft

Convenient location for those arriving by train and for those who want to visit the center of Delft or the TU. Beautiful room overlooking the canal, spacious bathroom, really large corner tub, with excellent products! Sweet and savory breakfast: very good! Definitely recommended!

The hotel is simply too expensive for what it is. We paid 260 euros for 1 night, breakfast included. For me 160€/night would be a much more correct rate. Breakfast is Dutch: economical and the quality mediocre. It is a very noisy neighborhood, hence the earplugs in the room. Another positive thing: the friendly staff does their best.

We stayed over Christmas in the 'Superior Studio Annex Building' and everything was just perfect! We were so impressed with the suite and how well-equipped the kitchen was so we could cook food we bought from the local supermarket. There was a Nespresso machine with pods which was handy. We were in a lovely old converted building further up the street facing the hotel, and had a lovely view of the canal from the top floor. There was information in the room detailing the interesting history of the building. Wi-Fi was very good and a huge Samsung TV with Dutch cable TV and Netflix etc. The bed was lovely and comfy, we could control the heating to suit ourselves, it was spotlessly clean and there was even a pillow spray to help you sleep. The room was cleaned on the morning of our second day and the cleaner was lovely, asking what time we'd like her to clean. I genuinely was so impressed with our lovely stay. Nothing could have been improved - it really was perfect. I'm so glad I found this hotel.
