Best Western Amadore Hotel Arneville

Small hotel, free parking. Two e bikes rented, it was 3 pm and still had to pay a whole day. In itself cava price. 29€/ bike so ok. You get two batteries and the sl with the message of the young man, you can put it in any bike. No, I don't. Bicycle parking and bike have to search. Good smooth bikes though. Outdated rooms, large certainly cava. Small bathroom. Hygiene could be better. Basic breakfast but nice.

Very noisy hotel. You hear everything and don't sleep a wink.

Too bad the reception is substandard! The elderly receptionist came to the desk with great reluctance and then made it clear to us that she could do nothing for us and that we were not allowed to return to check in until 3 pm. I, as an invalid, would have expected the lady to at least tell us to wait in the lobby. While I had also made it clear that I have a disability, she said; yes that applies to the parking only!!! I've never experienced such rudeness. Then we waited with all our bags and suitcase back to the car. At 2.55 pm we went back to reception to check in, I sat down on the couch in the lobby (back pain) and my husband checked in. Again the lady was rude and threw the bank contact tray on the counter, my husband was so confused that he twice entered a wrong code where the lady made a statement "at the Third Party block your card"! How arrogant can you be to your customers??? Not even an explanation of the wifi etcv... am deeply disappointed with this Fletcher hotel!!!
