We stayed in a family unit and unfortunately the condition of the room was extremely poor. The dishwasher didn’t work, there were cracked tiles in the kitchen, and the kitchen tap was literally sinking into the bench due to damage. There was also only enough cutlery for four people, even though the unit is clearly set up to accommodate five. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with a missing handle and a worn, tired door that added to the overall neglected feel. The second bedroom (with the single beds) had no external window, which made it feel very enclosed and uncomfortable. When it rained, water was actually dripping inside near the door frame — completely unacceptable and a clear sign of a serious building issue. To top it off, the fire hydrant hose box outside was banging in the wind all night, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, this felt like a neglected and poorly maintained property. Water ingress like that points to a potentially leaky building, which raises real safety concerns. We would not stay here again.

A real shocker. High speed internet is a blatant lie. You are required to log in to a third party provider - http://hello.wifi - which most of you will know is missing an ‘s’. https means it’s a secure wifi. This is not. So be very careful staying here. I was booked for 2 nights, and left after 1. Avoid.

My room was super clean . Bed was firm and pillows were perfect . The shower was powerful and instant hot just how I like it body wash shampoo and conditioner was enjoyable , Staff were really nice the young man who booked me in was fantastic and then later that night looked after me in the restaurant , brings me to the food , the food was amazing ? I was not expecting the food to be so good sliders , garlic prawns , steak , delicious the kind of food you would expect on the high streets of Auckland .
