Too many homeless drug addicts staying here. Not peaceful and arguably not safe. Some staff are great, some don't care.

For the price you pay, this accommodation is a great deal. The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Great central location right in the heart of the city, but be prepared for an uphill walk back up Queen st from the wharf. If I'm ever back this would be my preferred accommodation as it is great value.

Bonza!!!!!! 11 out of 10!!!!! I'm extremely impressed!!!!!! Staff have been exceptionally good over and above what any five star hotel could ever package. Hint. Up selling. eg. A vending machine. $10 voucher for $35 meal somewhere.
