City Central

We were booked to stay in March 2020 but the country went into Covid lockdown. Wouldn't give us refund but said they would hold our booking open for 12 months. We have been trying to make a booking over last month but now are not able to contact the hotel. This part of Choice group is not a great look. Where is our money - why can't we get in touch with the hotel?

The Auckland Econo Lodge City Central is well located and within walking distance of most everything in the central business district. The hotel is clean, the bed was comfortable, and while the bathroom was small, it also was clean. The front desk personnel were helpful and friendly with advice on local restaurants and sights to visit. We would recommend the Econo Lodge City Central when staying in Auckland.

The hotel is a bit tired, but it is clean & well situated. All the stay were super friendly & helpful. The room was large, but the window was a bit small, hence the room was a bit dark. Lounge area downstairs was pleasant & comfortable.
