Jet Park Airport Hotel (Supreme)

We stayed at Jet park hotel before our overseas trip and again on our return. Flying in late evening and then catching the free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel was convenient and hassle free. Arriving at reception was like coming home. We were treated like family and given an upgrade to an executive room which was so much appreciated after a long day flying. The room was large with a fantastic bathroom with walk-in shower which had great consistent water pressure and temperature. A sliding door onto a small balcony overlooking the car park was good for spotting where I had parked the car as we took advantage of the free parking when you booked directly with the hotel. A great selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a couple of packets of biscuits and real milk in the fridge . There is a restaurant and bar available for meals. We chose the casual atmosphere of the bar and had a delicious pizza on the night before our flight and a great beef burger on our return home. Another nice touch is the free apples throughout the hotel for guests to enjoy. Hotel is in a quiet location with easy access to the motorway when arriving and leaving. 100% we will stay again. Thanks again to the great staff at reception the room cleaners, restaurant and bar staff and the bus driver who went far beyond what was expected and unload our bags onto the footpath for us.

Very noisy overnight with road noise. Very sullen, uncommunicative woman served me in the bar.

Everything is perfect to relax. Rooms are very nice and well cleaned. There is heated pool, gym, garden.. Meals are good and service excellent. Will be back!
