Best Western Braeside Resort

We had a studio room with a hot tub on verandah, king bed and a single, there was a card welcoming someone that wasn't us, not sure if there was a room mix-up. Clean and tidy accommodation, reception was helpful. It's very close to the Skyline, 3D art gallery & Mitai Maori Village just down the road. There is a bus stop a short walk away if you don't have a car that takes you into the city. If your not looking for luxury just a quiet & clean place to stay then i recommend here.

Lovely stay. Convenient location for all the local attractions. Unit was clean and super comfortable. Plenty of room while still feeling costy, especially when checking, staff made sure room was warm, eventhough we stayed during winter. Having our own spa was a bonus, but the communal pool and spa area would've been just as good too. Communication was also great, as got updates on the day when our room was ready for check-in. Will stay again if returning to Rotorua.

10/10 this place is so well priced for what you get here. Staying with a large group of friends with kids and we have all loved it! Great staff and just a walk across to the gondola and mini golf ☺️
