Room was great, modern and comfortable, everything you could need, and the location is great, next to the gardens and the Polynesian spa.
The food is average, and unfortunately so is the service. Slow in the restaurant, and no one anywhere to be seen when we left. Breakfast buffet there were tables left uncleared, or table cleared but chairs left out. Barista coffee hit and miss. When we went to leave, at checkout, I was simply told how much I needed to pay, and not offered to see the room charge breakdown - which I had to ask for.
For transparency, we paid staff discount on our rooms as my son works for millenium hotels, in another hotel. He was surprised at the service standards.
