Hotel Off the Square

Back again after six years since my last visit to Christchurch. This time for a quick work trip. Warmly welcomed by Jenny who went above and beyond to allocate me a quiet room away from the lifts. So grateful for her accomodating my request to ensure a quiet stay, truly made me feel a valued visitor. Thank you again Jenny, your warmth and kindness made such a difference to my stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Novotel Cathedral Square as a family of 4. The location is excellent for exploring the city and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and well-suited for our family and the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day. The only downside was the parking. Although paid parking is available directly in front of the hotel, it was somewhat difficult to locate and manoeuvre into, especially on arrival. Overall, this is a good family-friendly option for a short stay in central Christchurch and we would happily stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised about this hotel. Room was very nice. Location is great.
