The beds were comfy, although the air conditioning unit wasn't working when we stayed and TV was slow, making it hard to change channels. We gave up in the end! Also the plug in the bathroom was full...

A great few days had in Highcliffe ... This was the best Premier Inn we have stayed in .. Very quiet and well located in the town ... Set back from the road so no road noise .. Staff were excellent...
