Fantastic pet friendly motel. If well behave they even let the humans stay too. Clean warm room close to everything. Lovely friendly hosts.

We have stayed with Gary and Robyn now several times over the last 6 months and we will never go anywhere els in Dunedin for accommodation. On arrival you are welcomed as friends they will always use your first name. Units are warm, comfortable and very well maintained ample parking which is safe. You are walking distance to parks, restaurants and a nice little Sports Bar which caters for all dietary needs. The main winner for us is that the Bella Visat has several units available as "dog friendly" which suits our needs perfectly. In summary , value for money, location, parking, spacious and clean rooms,friendly owners and great staff "A Home Away From Home" we are looking forward to our next trip down to Dunedin.
