Our double room (upstairs) was very comfortable, large bed with electric blanket, good kitchenette, electric wall heater, 3 seater, table and chairs, good shower and of course tea and coffee making facilities. Very nice, thank you.

Slept here but not very enthusiastic. Quite small space with (on the ground floor) glass front with door so sofa and bed are full in sight, not what you call private. There is vitrage and curtain but using that immediately makes the room much darker. Distance to center quite tough to walk. All in all, less satisfied, if you book long in advance look for better alternatives.

Very disappointed, had been using this motel for a number of years however won't be coming back. The level of cleanliness is now so poor particularly in the bathroom that I was tempted to go out and buy a scrubbing brush. The mold in the shower is visible, the floor in a wet area bathroom should be safe for those with mobility issues however it is slippery with some sort of build up. Then there are the old dusty cobwebs in the bedroom on the walls and ceiling. The housekeeper/Duty Manager was told about the issues but on returning to the room after 4pm nobody had been in to even drop off clean towels. We were aware of the noise from being on the main road through the city and the student parties that are close by, in the past that had been the only negative. Not the case now
