Deacons Court

The owner being away because of the birth of her grandchild, we were alone in the house. We had to fix our own breakfast from the ingredients present. So no cooked breakfast as promised on the website. Nor was the room made up on return for our second night. Also not as promised on the website. Had to figure everything out for ourselves. Not happy.

This B&B is right outside the city center of Dunedin. The house is in Victorian style and absolutely beautiful. Big well-equipped kitchen and living room for your use. The breakfast is simple and good. Room is large and has a comfortable bed.

Specious room, small bathroom, neighberhoud near to the center of the city but with houses and Gardens that could be beter. Breakfast is simple but sufficiënt. Owner is a nice lady and helpfull. Parking of the car should be doen in the street.
