Very dated, noisy rooms, breakfast was average we could’ve had that at home, $25 for onsite parking is just a rip off, the restaurant and bar wasn’t even open, it would have been nice to find that out before we booked. We won’t ever go back there .

Pros: Warm room Comfortable bed Friendly staff. Cons: Dirty and outdated Bath tub had hair on the wall and what looked like pubic hair in the tub. Although they have room service, I would not recommend dining in. Food is overpriced and looks like something they just popped out of a package and warmed up in the oven. Continental breakfast has a good selection.

We found the room clean and the beds comfortable. However, the bathroom extraction fan was extremely noisy. Whenever the bathroom light was switched on, the fan sounded like a plane taking off and continued running for an extended period, which was quite disruptive. We had booked and paid online, and the listing advertised a complimentary cooked breakfast. On our first morning, we were told that only the basic continental breakfast was included and that the cooked option needed to by purchased and was not available to us. After we queried this, staff later advised that if I joined the Millennium Club at reception, we could receive the complimentary cooked breakfast on our second morning, we didn't bother as this would have most likely came with a joining fee anyway. The fact that access to the advertised breakfast was conditional upon joining a membership programme and was not made clear at the time of booking. We felt this bordered on deceptive advertising and left us disappointed. We were also charged $25 per night for on-site parking, despite there being no designated parking space. We felt this was quite expensive for what was offered. Had we known about the additional parking charges and that we would need to purchase breakfast elsewhere to receive the breakfast that was advertised, we would have preferred to spend the extra money on a higher-quality hotel that offered better overall value. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the unexpected costs and misleading breakfast promotion detracted significantly from our stay.
