Central, efficient, reasonable value for NZ!

We only stayed here a night, but found it perfectly acceptable for what we needed. Nothing was particularly memorable one way or the other. The bed was super soft, but otherwise no complaints. The location, as other reviews mentioned, was great and we were able to walk everywhere in town we wanted to go without an issue (it is up a small hill, FYI). The photo on this page, at the time of writing, is inaccurate, too - there is not a larger gravel lot and the little bit of green grass is largely gone.

For Queenstown this is a great option for those who want an affordable place that is not a backpacker place. It is very clean, staff were friendly,,and there is a kitchen and lounge. Location is perfect, only 5 minutes from the center.
