Went there ,saw they had pokies asked for 40$ to play the pokes to be told I was the first customer and no can't, why have a service that they can't operate it ,that the bar n pokes are separate, well how does any other bar restaurants do it ,applosoutly poor service

Croydon Lodge is located in a quiet area. It has a calm atmosphere. The room was perfect. It was extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable. I loved the Pickwick Teas. I had not tried this brand before and the Maccona Decaffeinated Coffee was appreciated. The rooms are quiet with double glazing and warm, with a heat pump. The TV was easy to work. The breakfast was a nice treat, delicious and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend a stay here in the standard unit which was also reasonably priced. Thanks to the team for a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

This lodge has been a main stay of Gore for years . It’s had a face lift and it’s truly lovely . Spotlessly clean , decor very upmarket . Food was 5 star for the dinner in the evening .couldn’t fault it . Staff polite and nothing was a bother , Southland hospitality . Quiet in loving surroundings .
