Although carparking was disappointing, complex, staff, service and friendliness was perfect. Enjoyed our stay; home away from home

So we made a mistake and booked the wrong date, a day before. Consequently we were charged which was fair enough. We then spoke to them about booking the following day. I spoke to them on arrival thinking maybe we could have been given a small reduction as a gesture of sympathy and goodwill but this was sadly not forthcoming. After all the room had needed no servicing or linen change. The staff were polite throughout. We went elsewhere.

Clean and spacious room with a great bathroom. Decor a bit dated but functional. Breakfast was ok. I would have liked more options for egg types. Had a couple of beers in the main bar and was happy with it. Central location was great for what I was there for.
