Wonderful welcome by Simeng on reception. She looked after us so well The food was amazing, all Chinese Would thoroughly recommend a stay here on way from Milford Sound or way back

Location is great, easy to navigate, staff (especially the incredibly sweet & lovely girl at reception). We had a couple of issues in the room (phone wouldn't work, turns out it had become unplugged), couldn't get TV to work and a man came immediately to sort both things out. Easy! We were in room 842, had 2 giant beds, very spacious room with desk, fridge, kettle and a small futon chair that i think folds out to a skinny bed. Bathroom is clean, shower over tub, shampoo, soap, few other bits. There are plenty of sockets. The restaurant is Chinese food and very very delicious. This entire place is popular with Chinese guests, therefore, the food is authentic. Took a bit longer to get served but it wasn't outrageous. Very eclectic menu! Abalone, venison, great fried rice. I'd stay here again.
