WESTHAVEN

Not to be too brutal but this was marginal at best. Very thin towels. No hand towels first night. No safety bath pad. Put a towel to stand on for safety. Thought housekeeping would notice & put one in…..not. Had to have help to get tv working; no printed instructions. Disgusting kitchen sponge which I threw away & asked for new one. Charming backyard seating & staff willing to help & friendly. Easy walk to ‘downtown’ Fox Glacier.

Room wasn't very clean, bathroom smelt bad, shower head had a mind of its own, surrounds untidy - would not recommend

I can’t recommend this hotel. The bedding, pillows, rug, couch cover are old. The refrigerator door felt sticky when I touched it.
