When in Alta :-) especially with your best friend 🐾🐾 The perfect place to stop and rest if passing trough or to take a couple of days in Alta… Kind and servicemindet crew, a fabulous breakfast, a perfect location in the Heart of Alta. Nice clean rooms and a cozy bar / resturant. Easy to park the car as well. This i can really recommand:-) my mom also got an upgrade and where so happy. See you again in august. Boaz is looking forward to a little bite of that breakfast again allready 🐶🍳🥓 See to again 🏨🛌🍳

Good hotel and centrally located. Parking for around 150,- NOK. for evening/night. Free parking on the other side of the road after 20:00 Has electric car chargers but charges incredibly slow to powerful overpricing. Kople/Ishavsveien charges on p-place on the other side. The Scandic chain does not keep track of time and offers better/more charging spaces vs. number of guests with electric cars

We were 2 couples and had booked 2 double rooms. On arrival 08.07.2026 we were informed that we could not get the rooms before 16:00 Asked if it was possible with earlier check-in and was then answered that no one could check in until after noon. 16:00. Was little accommodating in the reception. When we got back after noon. 16:00 was only one room available, they had other rooms available but then we had to pay extra. After 15 minutes of waiting we got room number 2 and it was like we feared on another floor. The treatment we received at the reception was unprofessional and for a customer who is Scandic Friends customer at one level that gives more benefit with BLA. Yeah, I know it says when possible. But strange that not one room was available earlier and that the reception said that it is not possible for anyone to check in earlier.
