Hardangerfjord

Paid rooms, depended on being able to check in earlier, the hotel says this is ok. when we arrive at the hotel this is not possible. Can't get the room refunded

This was our last stay at the hotel! Having been there several times in the last few years, the hotel has really lost itself now, while it has never been more expensive: poor breakfast, dirty rooms, miserable extra beds (as the reception said they knew, but where they obviously run a tactic where they hope for the best and stick their heads in the sand) and ice-cold baths. That the hotel has lost the deal with Hardangerbadet on a day free entrance for hotel guests, is also quite bad.

Disappointing place, modest rooms without even a fridge. Small bathroom and inhospitable shower. Rude and inexperienced reception. We asked for clarification on excursions proposed by their brochures and they were unable to give us any support. Only the restaurant is worth saving As for the rest, neither the city nor the hotel is worth a stop. In Norway, there are much more beautiful places to visit.
