Have been at the hotel several times in connection with courses and have 3 times experienced spy in the room that was not washed away.
The first time I told them I felt seen and they tried to do the best possible for me. The next time I had ordered a suite, there was a spy up the door.
And now last time I'm not sure if it was spy, but looked like this, was at least something that had cleaned down the rug in the bed. I was told that they didn't get washed it now, but that they could first give me one room that was places instead of deluxe rooms.
I got to talk to a friend so I got a deluxe room afterwards.
My experience started badly when I have also passed against spy.
