Best Western Chesterfield

What a delightful, quirky hotel located a short walk from the railway station. The staff were great, the room was fine with a nice large window to help stay cool in the unexpected hot weather. The only downer for me was the lack of warming for the breakfast food - it was cooked and simply left for people to help themselves. Get there early and it's fine, get there later and the scrambled egg is cold. Would happily stay there again

We recently stopped by the Chesterfield Hotel on a three hour stop while traveling theHurtigruten coastal cruise. We have stayed at this hotel on several prior trips to Norway and it was wonderful to see that it has remained warm and inviting with a very kind and friendly reception staff. The location close to rail and the harbor is perfect. If you have the opportunity to visit Trondhiem you will not be disappointed with a stay at the Chesterfield.
