Thon Hotel Gildevangen

Small room and very little bathroom. Warm in the room and adjusting the temperature in the room did not work. But heating cables on the bathroom floor is a plus. Very nice and clean in the room, good beds and clean and delicate diners, pillows, sheets etc. Good breakfast. Choosing this again!

Great location to ships and trains (just a few blocks). You can walk to most sites within 15 min and it almost from the hotel. Grocery stores and restaurants are plenty o the area. We did not see many souvenir shops. The hotel was getting new furniture. The breakfast was okay. Not the best I have seen from Thon. It is located in a busting area.
