Initially I was going to stay only one night, for which I was charged 180,000 guaraníes (of course I am alone). I thought the price was a little high, but I agreed.
I really liked the room: it is simple but comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, the bed is very comfortable, the internet has no faults and even has cable TV.
For these reasons I decided to stay a full week, paying 180,000 guaraníes per day.
Positive points:
Breakfast is not Brazilian style, obviously; instead of pão de queijo or tapioca, I found options like chipa, homemade cakes of different flavors, scrambled eggs and mixed sandwich, for example. I found the breakfast very good and also the attention of the kitchen staff.
Cleaning of the room is done daily, changing all bed linen and towels.
The receptionist, Yesica, was also excellent.
Negative points:
The manager of the place was rather impolite to question the fact that I had a pet, even though it had been previously reported before check-in. He asked me what day I would be retiring and did not address me by name, but called me “boy.”
I considered some rates to be excessive, and they were only subsequently reported.
Other than that, I would come back again and recommend it.

We stayed for one night at the hotel and it was the only option we found for the day we needed. The receptionist was extremely attentive with us but the room leaves nothing to be desired. The smell of cigarette when we entered it was extremely strong. The cleanliness of the room seemed somewhat doubtful, but at least we had a place to sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly.
Breakfast is simple but delicious.
It is possible to walk from the hotel to some shopping venues. We took about 10 minutes to get to the shopping mall Paris walking.
I would stay again if there was no other option.

The hotel itself is fine for what is charged. It was a roof over our heads, and that is all we needed for the price we paid. However, the daytime receptionist was the worst type of perra I have ever encountered in the service industry. As supported by countless other reviews left by customers who have had the same experience, she was awful: rolling her eyes at simple questions intended to show respect for the property, not giving any sort of eye contact, and just making it very obvious that my very presence was not welcome. Everyone else at the property was wonderful. She was just horrible and is the reason why I will never again give my business to this establishment. This hotel has a lot of potential, and it starts with kicking the perra to the curb.
