It is a magnificent experience; from the moment you enter, the warm welcome, the decor, the imposing architecture, the history, the art, and of course, the kindness of the staff. Roger, Sonquito, and Bryan made my stay more enjoyable.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. They truly set the bar of what a 5 Star hotel should be. They know your needs before you do and the customer service is truly second to none. The atmosphere and location of this hotel is superb. You’ll have to leave to explore but it’s funny how you really don’t want to leave. After a long day hiking ruins or whatever you planned arriving back here is like coming home. We were fortunate to have Roger as our concierge. He’s someone you couldn’t say enough good things about to justify what he does for you. I really hope whoever reads this chooses to stay here and have the experience you deserve.

The Hotel gave you a sense of history, culture, a touch of a spiritual belonging and joy. Our stay here was trully memorable. We will go back when we are next in Cusco.
