I want to express my sincerest recognition and gratitude to the entire hotel team, especially to their Manager Pamela for her great leadership, kindness, and to each of the people in the restaurant who made my experience truly special: Xiomara, who always greets you with a beautiful smile that is contagious, Iván, who is always attentive and very kind, César, who is always willing, Frank, impeccable and very gentle, Veronica, very willing and kind, Paula, Diana, to all the security staff, and to all the staff I had the privilege of meeting. Beyond the excellence in service, the impeccable attention, and the professionalism they demonstrated in every detail, what truly makes the difference is their human quality. That ability to make people feel good, to attend with a genuine smile, with empathy, warmth, and vocation, is something that is not easily learned and, above all, cannot be paid for with money. I want to give a very special recognition to Henry, who was attentive every morning to prepare my vitamin at breakfast, always with kindness, dedication, and an admirable attitude, truly extraordinary. It is those small great gestures that turn attention into an unforgettable experience. Thank you for reminding me that true service comes from the heart. My wife and I stayed here on two occasions before and after our Peru tour and we were not disappointed. One thing I would suggest is that you ask for a room with a view ( odd room numbers) as otherwise all you see from the room is a brick wall! Rooms are good with everything you need. We thought the breakfast was excellent too. (There is a choice of two restaurants where you can have breakfast) Location of the hotel is good as there are so many places to visit locally / plenty of shops and restaurants etc. There is a particularly nice Chinese restaurant immediately opposite the hotel too Highly recommended
