Aquarena Vichayito Mancora Playa

To start, we arrive to Vichayito quite late because the hotel is very far. Once we arrive the hotel didn't have ready our bedroom, so they gave us a "premium" bedroom, the bedroom wasn't premium at all! Two undo beds, one of them blocked the bathroom, the tv wasn't working. The food is bad,you ask for something and then they forget it or they just don't have, and the prices are very high. In my 3 day stay they never clean the bedroom because "we should have left the key", in which hotel you leave the key to clean your room?! Exactly, non. The pool is dirty, almost green. I won't recommend this hotel, there are better hotels in the area.

The place is falling appart. Rooms are extremely dirty (spider webs all over the place) and we even found a cockroach inside the bathroom the first night. The A/C was not working properly, it tripped several times and had to call the administrator to get it fixed. there are several other hotels nearby that will offer much morefor the same price. Do not waste your time.

The price is enticing but you get what you pay for. This place is falling apart. Every piece of fabric is torn, hammocks, sheets, curtains. The pool was dirty. The room didn't have windows or air circulation. No water pressure. No chairs on the beach. Limited menu and certain times to eat, no breakfast buffet. The sea view room can only see the ocean past a shed. Even the "premium" rooms closest to the ocean can't see much. There's a fence to keep the sand from blowing up the hill. We suffered through one night then switched to the Vichayito Bungalows y Carpas. Save yourself time and go to there first!
